Cynthia Holt, our Chief Operating Officer, provides invaluable leadership and guidance to our entire property management team across the Northeast and Florida.

Her 30+ years of experience has encompassed managing assets for one of the nation's leading multi-family developers and managing portfolios in excess of $250M with locations in the Northeast, Mid-West, Southeast, and Puerto Rico. Ms. Holt is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
