Meet The Team!

We're thrilled to introduce you to Nathan (Nate) Field, our accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at LREG, whose journey in the financial realm spans over 16 years. Nate set himself up with a strong foundation for a distinguished career by earning a bachelor's degree with a double major in accounting and finance. After, he went on to elevate his expertise by earning a master's degree in accounting and attaining the prestigious Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2012.

Professional Journey - A Tale of Growth:
Nate has spent half of his professional life in public accounting with an impressive career trajectory. He ascended from a staff accountant to a managerial role in the New England division of a mergers & acquisitions team where he spearheaded client audits and consulting engagements, leaving a lasting mark in the business. Later, Nate transitioned seamlessly to the corporate finance front where he transitioned from his role as Senior Accountant to Financial Controller where he gained global experience navigating international finance and implementing regulatory procedures in the UK and Europe while contributing significantly to the organization's expansion into Luxembourg.

Current Role at LREG:
Currently at the financial helm of LREG, Nate oversees a spectrum of critical functions including financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury management and regulatory filings. His strategic mindset drives business automation and process improvements, ensuring LREG remains at the forefront of efficiency and innovation.

Beyond the Numbers:
Beyond the boardroom, Nate finds joy in travel and culinary exploration with his wife. A fervent supporter of New England sports, especially the Celtics and Patriots, he adds a personal touch to the professional tapestry he weaves.
