Last week our founder, Chris Bicho, had the privilege of speaking at the Information Management Network (IMN) U.S Real Estate Opportunity & Private Investing Forum.

Here are his three main takeaways from the conference:

- There is a lot of debt capital and too few deals.

- There is not a lot of common equity in the market for deals while there is lots of preferred equity.

- The bid/ask spread is still too wide to increase transaction volume.
