The Southeast region offers a wealth of investment opportunities across various sectors. From a commercial real estate standpoint, the region's growing population, diverse economy, and business-friendly environment make it an attractive option for investors.


With so many opportunities, where should we expand first?


Our team is actively developing and pursuing assets in Florida, as this is one of the fastest growing U.S. states by population. The Florida Chamber of Commerce reported this summer that net income migration to Florida is at a staggering $4M per hour, the largest transfer of wealth to any state in the country [Source: flchamber.com].When studying recent migration patterns and future projections, it's clear that demand for housing will be strong.


The logistics and e-commerce sectors are thriving due to the region's robust transportation infrastructure. In addition, the Southeast boasts a strong healthcare and technology sector. Corporate-friendly tax structures and Opportunity Zone development incentives continue to bring more businesses to the area, and in turn, more job opportunities.

Growing our Southeast team will allow us to enhance current operations at Saddle Brook Landings in Jacksonville, and at our latest development projects in Tampa and St. Petersburg.

At LREG, our immediate plans include growing our Tampa team to support current and future operations, as well as eventual expansion to the Atlanta, Georgia market, which is also seeing rapid population growth.
