We just wrapped up our Annual Investor Celebration on Wednesday, September 18th in historic Newport, Rhode Island. We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible support from all our business partners, both on the equity and debt sides. Your trust and collaboration have been invaluable to us, and it's truly inspiring to celebrate our shared achievements!

A day of activities, including golf and sailing, were capped off with a garden cocktail party at Town & Tide Inn in downtown Newport, Rhode Island. The inn is one of many luxurious hospitality properties in the Vacation Newport portfolio. We'd like to thank the catering team at Kitchen Companion, local band The Naticks, our tenants at Ben & Jerry's Newport location, and many more for helping us pull off this fantastic event!
