From new construction underway in Tampa, Florida, to two portfolio additions in Rhode Island, we are thriving as the East Coast's leader in property management. Read on as we highlight our team's many accomplishments from the past year:

We added Landings at Aquidneck Commerce Center in Middletown, Rhode Island to our multifamily portfolio and were fully leased by March of 2024.

We purchased Creek Side Landings in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, officially adding it to our portfolio in May of 2024.

We had the opportunity to speak on several panels along the East Coast and network with professionals at events by IMN, Bisnow and more. Our CEO, Christopher Bicho is pictured above (right) at IMN's U.S Real Estate Opportunity & Private Investing Forum.

We transformed an unused common area with an indoor pool into a vibrant community space at Franklin Landings in Franklin, Massachusetts.

The Town of Middletown, Rhode Island publicly announced our plans to restore unused land and develop mixed-use space on West Main Road and Coddington Highway. We're proud to act as co-developers along with local organizations First Bristol Corporation and Kempenaar Real Estates.

Significant property renovations, including the foundation stabilization of Building #5, are currently underway at River Park Landings in Middleboro, Massachusetts.

Morgan Williams, our Director of Asset Management and Acquisitions, joined the LREG family. We are excited to welcome Morgan as we continue expanding our Southeast operations.

We celebrated the year's many successes with our investor partners and employees at Town & Tide Inn in Newport, Rhode Island. We had a wonderful time and even fundraised for the American Red Cross! Our team is already looking forward to next year's event.
