Landings Real Estate Group (LREG) is a private real estate investment and development company headquartered in Newport, Rhode Island. LREG owns and operates over $350 million in multi-family assets and executes new developments, acquisitions and actively manages all of their properties.

The firm's founder, Christopher Bicho, is a seasoned real estate professional with over 37 years of experience in the multi-family real estate sector. The LREG team has evolved organically over the past 17 years by diligently pursuing institutional value-add and repositioning opportunities, partnering with investor capital to acquire properties and delivering consistent and above average returns against its peer group.

Prior to dedicating his full-time attention to the expansion of Landings Real Estate Group, Mr. Bicho served as Chief Financial Officer for one of the nation's leading multi-family development companies where he executed over $1.5 billion dollars of financing and acquisitions in the multi-family and Federal Government real estate sectors. Mr. Bicho has an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Boston College.

Ms. Holt specializes in the operations of multi-family properties in the market rate, low Income, housing tax credit, Section 8 and military housing sectors. Her 32 years experience has encompassed managing assets for one of the nation's leading multi-family developers and she has managed portfolios of 3,300 units valued in excess of $250 million with locations in the Northeast, Mid West, Southeast and Puerto Rico. Ms. Holt graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1990.

Mr. Field is a certified public accountant with over a decade of experience within public accounting and corporate finance, as well as three years of international finance based out of the United Kingdom. Mr. Field has a tenure of leading teams to drive cost saving efficiencies, organization, and meeting timely financial reporting deadlines. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance as well as a Master of Science in Accounting, both earned from the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Field is responsible for the accounting and finance operations of the Landings Real Estate Group portfolio.

Ms. Williams has over 20 years of experience in the valuation and brokerage of multifamily properties. Throughout her tenure she has provided valuation services for over $1 billion of multifamily projects including market rate, student housing, LIHTC properties, as well as short term rentals. She has also represented both buyers and sellers in the sales of both existing and ground-up multifamily assets totaling over $100 million. Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of North Florida. At Landings, Ms. Williams is responsible for identifying and executing on acquisition opportunities as well as investor relations and reporting. Outside of work, she is involved in the Urban Land Institute as the Chair for the Women's Leadership Institute and Rotary, where she is responsible for vendor management for the annual fundraise

Ms. O'Donnell has served in the role of Human Resources Director for over 17 years across various industries. The majority of her experience has been in hotel and hospitality management including leading the human resources department at the Hotel Viking in Newport, RI under three different owners/management companies. Her other areas of practice include manufacturing, healthcare, and non-profit. Ms. O'Donnell earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Marywood University in Scranton, Pa. In addition, Ms. O'Donnell has achieved and held certifications from both the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) organization. Ms. O'Donnell serves as a member of the RI SHRM Legislative Affairs Committee. As an HR Generalist, she is responsible for all HR initiatives, strategies, and practices. Ms. O'Donnell joined LREG in 2020 and works tirelessly to consistently advance both proven initiatives, as well as developing new ones, that positively and equally impact the organization and its employees across five states.

Mr. DiCristoforo has 17 years of experience in real estate. He has successfully managed multi-family assets in both the Northeast and Southeast markets. In his most recent position Mr. DiCristoforo was very influential in adding more than $5 million in value to a multi-family community. Mr. DiCristoforo holds a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing and Psychology and an MBA in Integrated Business Development from American International College.

Ms. Wilson has spent the past 17 years working as a property management professional. Her expertise includes property acquisitions, management and employee training. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia College. Today, Ms. Wilson is responsible for the implementation of Landings Real Estate Group's policies and procedures, and handling various organizational reporting metrics along with internal and external technology advancements.

Mr. LaChance has 41 years of experience in the construction industry, with more than 17 years spent as a construction manager executing the construction of new homes, historical restorations, the conversion of hotels to condominiums and all phases of single - family home and multi-family home renovations. Mr. LaChance is responsible for subcontracting, material selections, contracting, pricing and scheduling for Landings Real Estate Group.

Mr. Werner has spent 18 years in the marketing & communications field. His past experiences include marketing for one of the nation's leading hotel brands along with communications management for a private educational institution. Mr. Werner earned his Bachelor's Degree from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. He specializes in brand development, promotional material design, campaign strategizing and digital media management. Today, Mr. Werner is responsible for the marketing of Landings Real Estate Group's multi-family, condominium, vacation and commercial properties throughout the Eastern United States.
